Rob Goltermann

Rob Goltermann, CEO and Co-Founder of LCG Capital Management, has specialized in brokerage and development since 2002. He is a principal and owner in several office, mixed-use, retail, and office/warehouse developments. He has structured multiple types of capital stacks when it comes to large-scale developments, led the entitlement process for a variety of development types, and is well-versed in implementing the following subsidies: TIF, tax abatement (99, 100, and 353), new market tax credits, historic tax credits, CIDs, and industrial revenue bonds.

Prior to founding LCG, Rob was President of DCM Group for 13 years. Under his leadership, Rob grew DCM to the #1 privately held property management company in St. Louis, with 9.6 million square feet managed in 13 states. Rob previously led Conrad Properties’ procurement of new projects, acquisitions, and developments, including CPC Hospitality, Conrad’s hotel division. Prior to Conrad Properties, Rob spent five years working at Maune Development as Head of Portfolio and Project Management, where he gained specialized knowledge of the St. Louis development and brokerage market. Rob began his commercial real estate career at Colliers International as a property manager.

Rob received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Louis University in 2001, focusing on management and business development.

Rob has been awarded Best ULI Young Leader Group nationally while St. Louis District Chair and featured in ALIVE Magazine and Saint Louis Commerce Magazine.

Ian Silberman

Ian Silberman

Ian Silberman is a Principal and Co-Founder of Location Commercial Real Estate and LCG Capital Management, where he oversees the brokerage, investment, and operational teams.

For over 30 years, Ian has been involved in all aspects of retail real estate and has become one of the largest retail deal producers in Missouri. His experience has taken him through multiple markets across the country. For the first twenty years of his career, Ian served as an executive with one of the largest privately held developers in the country. He subsequently spent a decade as co-owner and manager of a retail brokerage firm based in St. Louis.

Ian is a member of the Board of Realty Resources and an active participant in the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has been recognized multiple times by CoStar as a Power Broker Top Broker and by the St. Louis Business Journal as a St. Louis Heavy Hitter in Real Estate.

Ian has also been active in many philanthropic causes, including participation in the Jewish Federation of St. Louis Board of Directors, UJC National Young Leadership Cabinet, Wexner Heritage Foundation, Millstone Leadership Institute, and Hillel at Washington University Executive Committee. In 2008, Ian was the recipient of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis’ Grosberg Award for Young Leadership.

Ian grew up in Potomac, Maryland, and is a graduate of Washington University’s Olin School of Business.

Scott Bitney

Scott Bitney

Scott Bitney is a Principal and Co-Founder of Location Commercial Real Estate and LCG Capital Management. Scott specializes in third-party tenant representation, landlord representation, and property disposition. A graduate of Saint Louis University, Scott began his real estate career working for a development firm specializing in Wal-Mart anchored projects, where he transacted deals with junior anchors, small shop tenants, and outparcel users.

Scott has unparalleled market expertise in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas, and has established relationships with many tenants and landlords throughout the country. He has worked with multiple retailers on their market rollouts, including Academy Sports + Outdoors, Total Wine and More, Floor and Décor, Discount Tire, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, and Chase Bank.

In addition, he has led several third-party listing assignments from local real estate owners to publicly traded REITs. Scott has represented multiple junior box and large box retail centers and shopping malls, with listings spanning throughout Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, and Mississippi.

Scott has worked throughout several major U.S. cities and surrounding suburban and rural areas of the Midwest and Northeast. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), former Chairman of the ICSC Next Generation St. Louis Chapter, and has been consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker.
